目的运用聚类分析法对河北省9个地方品系德国小蠊的抗药性水平进行区域划分,为德国小蠊分区域防治提供依据。方法生物测定采用药膜接触法。以抗性倍数为指标利用聚类分析法分析德国小蠊的抗性水平。结果通过聚类分析,将河北省德国小蠊的抗药性水平分为4类。第1类是石家庄、秦皇岛品系,对高效氯氰菊酯低抗至中抗,对残杀威低抗,对乙酰甲胺磷和氯菊酯高抗,对溴氰菊酯中抗至高抗;第2类是保定、邯郸品系,对高效氯氰菊酯、乙酰甲胺磷和溴氰菊酯低抗至中抗,对氯菊酯、残杀威低抗;第3类是张家口品系,对氯菊酯、乙酰甲胺磷高抗,对高效氯氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯中抗,对残杀威低抗;第4类是沧州、邢台、承德、唐山品系,对高效氯氰菊酯中抗至高抗,对乙酰甲胺磷低抗至中抗,对氯菊酯高抗,对溴氰菊酯中抗,对残杀威低抗。结论聚类分析法可较好地满足德国小蠊抗药性水平划分要求。
Objective To classify the resistance of Blattella germanica from 9 endemic strains in Hebei Province by cluster analysis, and provide a basis for the prevention and control of Blattella germanica. Methods Bioassay using the membrane contact method. Resistance level of Blattella germanica was analyzed by cluster analysis using resistance multiple as an index. Results By cluster analysis, the resistance levels of German cockroaches in Hebei Province were divided into four groups. The first category is Shijiazhuang, Qinhuangdao line, the low resistance to beta-cypermethrin in the fight against Weiwei low resistance to acephate and permethrin high resistance deltamethrin resistance to high resistance; the second is Baoding, Handan strains of the beta-cypermethrin, acephate and deltamethrin low resistance to the resistance, the permethrin, propoxur low resistance; the third category is the Zhangjiakou strains, the permethrin, acephate High resistance to beta-cypermethrin, deltamethrin in anti-Wei, low on the propoxur; the fourth category is Cangzhou, Xingtai, Chengde, Tangshan strains of beta-cypermethrin resistance to high resistance to acephate low resistance to Resistant, high resistance to permethrin, resistance to deltamethrin, low to kill propolis. Conclusion Cluster analysis method can meet the requirements of the resistance level of Blattella germanica.
