浙科版高中生物选修1“生物技术实践”模块中的实验2“土壤中分解尿素的细菌的分离与计数”对学生而言难度较大。该实验是北京市新课程实施后新增加的内容,但教材对实验中某些细节的介绍尚不够具体,如土壤样品的处理、培养基pH的设置和培养时间等,而这些细节往往是决定实验能否成功的关键。教师依据教材及以往实验中的经验进行预实验,对存在问题的地方反复试验,力图找到最佳实验方案,提高实验成功率。
