“做数学”是目前数学教学的一个重要观点。与之相背的是我们传统数学教学中的记数学,背数学,练数学,考数学,而对于现代小学生而言,学习数学的一个根本性体现则是“做数学”。那么所谓的“做数学”我们认为是指“学生经历了由现实世界抽象出数学问题,通过操作实验、合作探索、预测假设、共享交流、尝试修正等一系列主体性的活动,获得关于此问题的丰富体验,并进而有所感悟的全过程。”它强调了数学学习与学生现实生活的密切联系,强调了数学学习是学生的一种发现、操作、尝试等主动实践活动,强调了数学学习的探索性与体验性,强调了数学学习是群体交互合作与经验共享的过程。小学生学习数学的过程就是一个“做数学”的过程。
