This paper introduces the composition of the ground engineering automation system of Donghengtang Oilfield in Tarim Petroleum Exploration and Development Headquarters and discusses the design features of the system and the guiding principles and general selection principles of DCS technology. The article mainly introduces the composition and function of process control system, and expounds the economic and social benefits of the successful application of automatic control system.
