目的:观察五子衍宗丸含药血清对活性氧致大鼠精子鞭毛超微结构损伤的保护作用。方法:采用次黄嘌呤(0.6mM)-黄嘌呤氧化酶(0.05U/mL)活性氧发生体系,收集大鼠附睾精子,体外与活性氧及五子衍宗丸含药血清(低、中、高剂量)共孵育15min和60min,采用环境扫描电镜观察精子鞭毛超微结构的变化。结果:与活性氧组共孵育60min后,部分精子鞭毛质膜连续性中断,部分膜脱落,鞭毛暴露。各浓度五子衍宗丸含药血清(低、中、高剂量组)组精子鞭毛质膜完整。结论:五子衍宗丸含药血清体外对活性氧造成的精子鞭毛质膜损伤具有一定的保护作用。
Objective: To observe the protective effect of Wuzi Yanzong Pill serum on the ultrastructural damage of rat sperm flagellum induced by reactive oxygen species. Methods: The hypoxanthine (0.6mM) - xanthine oxidase (0.05U / mL) active oxygen system was used to collect the rat epididymal sperm, in vitro and reactive oxygen species and Wuzi Yanzong Pill containing serum (low, medium and high doses ) For 15min and 60min respectively. The ultrastructural changes of sperm flagella were observed under environmental scanning electron microscope. Results: After co-incubation with reactive oxygen species for 60 minutes, part of the sperm flagellar plasma membrane interrupted continuously, part of the membrane came off, and flagella were exposed. The concentration of Wuzi Yanzong Pill containing serum (low, medium and high dose group) sperm flagellar plasma membrane integrity. Conclusion: Wuzi Yanzong Pills containing drug serum in vitro protective effect of reactive oxygen species caused by sperm flagellar plasma membrane damage.
