目的揭示桔梗种子成熟过程的生理动态变化,为桔梗良种的生产提供理论依据。方法采用统一挂牌分期取样,测定不同成熟度种子的千粒质量、发芽率、电导率、POD活性和MDA的量。结果桔梗开花后55d千粒质量达到最大为1.214g,但此时种子发芽率仅为53.0%,开花后55~61d千粒质量开始逐渐下降,但发芽率却迅速上升,61d时达到最大为93.3%,此时种子细胞膜结构完整性高,POD活性也最高,种子性能达到最佳状态。结论开花后61d,桔梗种子可完全成熟,种子成熟过程中存在生理后熟现象,后熟期约为6d。
Objective To reveal the physiological and dynamic changes in the maturation process of Platycodon grandiflorum and provide a theoretical basis for the production of Platycodon grandiflorum. Methods The samples of 1000 seeds, germination rate, electrical conductivity, POD activity and MDA content of seeds of different maturity were determined by uniform sampling. Results At the 55th day after flowering, the 1000-grain weight of Campanulaceae reached the maximum of 1.214g, but the seed germination rate was only 53.0% at this time. The 1000-grain weight began to decline gradually after 55 ~ 61d after flowering, but the germination rate rapidly increased and reached the maximum at 61d %, At this time the seed cell membrane structure integrity is high, the highest POD activity, seed performance to achieve the best condition. Conclusion The seeds of Platycodon grandiflorum were completely mature on the 61 d after flowering. Physiological after-ripening phenomenon existed in the maturation of seeds, and the ripening stage was about 6 days.
