目的探讨临床药师在重症感染患者救治中发挥的作用。方法临床药师参与1例脾破裂切除术后并发严重肺部感染患者的治疗过程,结合痰培养结果,为患者制订最佳的个体化抗感染治疗方案。结果患者肺部感染情况逐渐好转,得到了有效地控制。结论临床药师参与到重症感染患者的临床治疗过程,不但可提高临床治疗水平使患者收益,而且使临床药师逐步得到临床医师的认可,真正成为治疗团队的一员。
Objective To explore the role of clinical pharmacists in the treatment of patients with severe infections. Methods Clinical pharmacists participated in the treatment of one patient with severe pulmonary infection after splenectomy, combined with the results of sputum culture, to develop the best individualized anti-infective treatment for patients. The results of patients with lung infection gradually improved, has been effectively controlled. Conclusion Clinical pharmacists involved in the clinical treatment of patients with severe infections not only improve the level of clinical treatment to benefit patients, but also gradually approve the clinical pharmacists clinicians, and truly become a member of the treatment team.
