全军卫生工作会议于1993年2月8～11日在北京召开。各大单位卫生部门和总后直属医疗卫生单位领导出席了会议。总后勤部傅全有部长、周克玉政委,刘明璞、张彬、王太岚副部长到会接见了全体代表,刘明璞副部长在会上就卫生战线贯彻落实军委扩大会议精神问题作了重要讲话。总后卫生部张立平部长作了工作报告。这次会议认真贯彻党的十四大和军委扩大会议精神,总结了1992年工作,研究部署了1993年的任务,着重讨论了军队卫生工作如何
The military health work conference was held in Beijing from February 8 to February 1993. The major departments of health departments and directly under the leadership of medical and health units attended the meeting. Vice Minister Fu Jieoung of the General Logistics Department, Zhou Keyu’s Political Commissar, Liu Mingpu, Zhang Bin and Wang Tailan met with all the delegates. At the meeting, Vice Minister Liu Mingpu made an important speech on the issue of implementing the enlarged meeting of the Central Military Commission by way of the PLA’s military front. General Zhang Liping Minister of Health made a work report.
