目的:观察氟比洛芬酯联合盐酸哌替啶用于无痛人工流产术的镇痛效果及安全性。方法:选择自愿要求行人工无痛流产术300例,随机分为观察组、对照1组和对照2组各100例。观察组术前15min静脉滴注氟比洛芬酯10ml,术前10min肌内注射盐酸哌替啶50mg;对照1组静脉滴注丙泊酚2mg/kg;对照2组术前15min静脉滴注氟比洛芬酯10ml。比较3组镇痛效果,以及术前、术中和术后平均动脉压(MAP)、心率(HR)及血氧饱和度(SO2)等指标变化情况。结果:(1)观察组总有效98例,占98.0%;对照1组为99例,占99.0%;对照2组为55例,占55.0%。观察组与对照1组比较,差异不显著(P>0.05);与对照2组比较,差异显著(P<0.05)。(2)观察组术中MAP水平,与对照1组、对照2组比较,均差异不显著(P>0.05);HR较对照2组显著改善(P<0.05),与对照1组比较则差异不显著(P>0.05);SO2水平较对照1组显著改善(P<0.05),与对照2组比较则差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论:氟比洛芬酯联合盐酸哌替啶用于无痛人工流产术镇痛效果较好,且较安全。
Objective: To observe the analgesic effect and safety of flurbiprofen axetil combined with pethidine hydrochloride for painless induced abortion. Methods: A total of 300 cases of painless abortion were randomly assigned to observation group, control group 1 and control group 2, 100 cases each. The observation group received intravenous infusion of flurbiprofen axetil 10ml 15 min before operation and intraperitoneal injection of pethidine hydrochloride 50 mg 10 min before the operation. Control group 1 received propofol 2 mg / Ibuprofen Ester 10ml. The analgesic effects, mean arterial pressure (MAP), heart rate (HR) and oxygen saturation (SO2) were compared between the three groups before and after surgery. Results: (1) The total observation group 98 cases, accounting for 98.0%; control group 1 99 cases, accounting for 99.0%; control group 2 55 cases, accounting for 55.0%. The difference between the observation group and the control group 1 was not significant (P> 0.05). Compared with the control group 2, the difference was significant (P <0.05). (2) The level of MAP in the observation group was not significantly different from that in the control group 1 and the control group 2 (P> 0.05); HR in the observation group was significantly improved compared with the control 2 group (P <0.05) (P> 0.05). SO2 level was significantly improved compared with control group 1 (P <0.05), but not significantly different from control group 2 (P> 0.05). CONCLUSION: The combination of flurbiprofen axetil and pethidine hydrochloride in analgesic induced abortion is safe and effective.
