截至2004年4月底,甘南州合作市非公有制企业共有31户,从业人员 2723人,党员41名,占从业人员的 1．5％。随着非公有制经济的快速发展, 在非公有制企业中加强党的建设,扩大党的工作覆盖面,是各级党组织面临的一项重大课题。我们在对合作市非公有制企业党建工作进行了专题调研后,认为要加强少数民族地区非公有制企业党建工作,就要做到以下几点。
By the end of April 2004, there were 31 non-public-owned enterprises in Gannan Cooperative City with 2723 employees and 41 party members, accounting for 1.5% of the employees. With the rapid development of non-public ownership economy, it is an important issue for party organizations at all levels to step up their party building and expand the work coverage of the party in non-public ownership enterprises. After conducting a special study on the party building in non-public-owned enterprises in cooperative cities, we believe the following points must be met in order to strengthen the party building in non-public-owned enterprises in ethnic minority areas.
