目的:分析马鞍山市雨山区辖区内娱乐场所暗娼的艾滋病防治知识和需求情况。方法:选择桑拿、洗浴中心、夜总会、卡拉OK厅、歌舞厅、洗头房、路边店、街头等娱乐场所的涉性服务女性,以自行设计的调查表进行调查,收集人口学资料、艾滋病防治知识和需求等信息。结果:调查的300人中对蚊虫叮咬不传播HIV认知的正确率不高,对VCT及美沙酮等知识知晓率低;最近一次与客人发生性行为时安全套使用率为62.7%;最近一个月商业性行为中男用安全套持续使用率为28.0%;最近一年性病患病率为13.0%;希望获得艾滋病知识的主要途径是:电视、免费宣传材料、宣传栏广告栏、医生。结论:对雨山区辖区内的娱乐场所暗娼人群进行综合干预是十分必要的。
Objective: To analyze the HIV / AIDS prevention and treatment knowledge and demand of commercial sex workers in Yushan District, Ma’anshan City. Methods: Women who engaged in entertainment services such as sauna, bathing center, nightclub, karaoke hall, dance hall, shampoo room, roadside shop and street were selected to conduct surveys with self-designed questionnaires to collect demographic data, AIDS Prevention and control of knowledge and needs and other information. Results: Among the 300 surveyed persons, the correct rate of not transmitting HIV cognition to mosquito bites was not high, and the awareness of VCT and methadone was low. The most recent condom use rate was 62.7% when having sex with guests. In the last month, the commercial The continuous use rate of male condoms in sexual activities was 28.0%; the prevalence rate of STDs in the most recent year was 13.0%; the main ways to obtain AIDS knowledge were: TV, free publicity material, bulletin boards and doctors. Conclusion: It is necessary to comprehensively intervene the FSW population in entertainment venues in Yushan District.
