1病例介绍患者女,13岁,无明显诱因出现腰骶部疼痛,伴双下肢麻木感1个月于2012年5月28日入院。查体:神志清楚,双侧瞳孔等大等圆,直径约2～4 mm,对光反射灵敏。颈软,双上肢活动可,全身浅表淋巴结未扪及肿大。腰骶部局部压痛明显,未扪及包块,皮肤表面温度正常,下肢浅感觉正常,肌力、肌张力正常,腱反射不亢进,病理征阴性。行腰骶部磁共振(MRI)检查:第3腰椎椎体上缘至第2骶椎椎体下缘左后方见
1 case description Female patient, 13 years old, no obvious incentive to appear lumbosacral pain, numbness with lower extremity 1 month on May 28, 2012 admission. Physical examination: Consciousness, bilateral pupils and other large round, about 2 ~ 4 mm in diameter, sensitive to light reflection. Neck soft, upper extremity activities can be, systemic superficial lymph nodes palpable and enlarged.
