为解决K48E柴油机装艇试航中存在排气背压偏高的问题,我们进行了艇用排气管模型吹风试验研究。 试验研究对象是c艇排与管,目的是通过对涡轮出口90°弯头及其汇总的三通排气管的试验研究,改善管道内气体流动组织,使流动损失减少,达到降低背压的目的。 本文对试验方案及试验结果作了详佃介绍。试验表明;第四个方案与原艇方案比较,90°弯头阻力系数平均降低20%,系统阻力系数平均降低29%,有效流通截面积增加15%。很显然,这一改进降低了排气背压,减少了柴油机输给增压器的不平衡功,对改善K48E柴油机的装艇性能有一定实用价值。
In order to solve the problem of high exhaust backpressure in piloting of K48E diesel engine, we carried out the blowing test of the exhaust model of the boat. The object of study is c-boat and tube. The purpose of this study is to improve the gas flow in the pipeline through the experimental study of 90 ° elbow at turbine exit and its integrated three-way exhaust pipe to reduce the flow loss and to reduce the back pressure purpose. This article made a detailed introduction of the test program and test results. The results show that the drag coefficient of 90 ° elbow is reduced by 20% on average and the system drag coefficient is reduced by 29% on average, and the effective circulation cross-sectional area is increased by 15%. Obviously, this improvement reduces exhaust backpressure and reduces the unbalanced power output from the diesel engine to the supercharger, which is of practical value in improving the performance of the K48E diesel engine.
