浅析EPC模式下建筑绿色节能设计优化策略

随着节能标准的不断提升,节能造价成本也随之增多;设计人员对建筑节能知识、相关标准理解不到位,设计时保守意识较为严重,对节能新技术新产品不够了解,造价成本不够熟悉,造成节能方案成本偏高的情况。文章通过对节能造价成本与相关节能设计标准及规范的解读,分析节能优化设计的原则,总结概括了节能优化设计管控措施,形成设计优化策略,以期对EPC项目设计阶段成本控制具有一定的指导意义。
