一九八○年在县委、县革委的直接领导下,在省、地区档案局的指导下,通过认真贯彻落实中央对档案工作提出的恢复、整顿、总结、提高的方针,经过全体文档人员的积极努力,取得了一定的成绩。一、恢复和建立了档案机构,充实配备了档案干部。按照中共中央(1980)16号文件和省委批转的《省档案工作会议纪要》精神,县委决定设立了县档案局,和档案馆合署办公,并加强了领导,配备了工作人员。县级机关和人民公社恢复和健全了档案室(包括技术档案室)47个,配备了专职和兼职档案员47人,农村生产大队建立了档案专柜190个,文档人员205人。这些机构的设立和人员的增加,使我县的档案
