湖州市城区区委和区管委会的领导班子始终把教育放在优先发展的战略地位。近年来,全区上下统一思想,制订规划,落实措施,把争创教育强区付诸于行动,取得了可喜的成果。 1.全面落实教育优先发展的地位,推进教育现代化在实施科教兴区,争创教育强区的过程中,我们制订了“九五”规划和2010年的远景规划,并明确了区、乡镇领导的责任,年终进行考核。区级领导班子每个学期召开专题研讨会,分管教育的副区长、宣教文卫部门的领导每学期召开三次乡镇分管教育的领导和区教委领导参加的教育工作专题会议,及时解决
