双圆弧齿轮是近十几年来发展的新型齿轮。本文根据光弹试验、有限元法模拟计算、调质钢齿轮的台架试验,报告在双圆弧齿轮轮齿根部弯曲应力分布的新异状况——沿齿廓、齿向均呈双峰状,这与渐开线齿轮有较大的差异。文中探讨了这种现象的机理,提出了在沿齿廓各处应力状态不同时确定疲劳危险点的理论基础,以及沿齿向危险点的确定方法。
Double arc gear is the development of the past decade a new type of gear. Based on the photoelastic test, the finite element method simulation and the bench test of quenched and tempered steel gears, this paper reports the new abnormal situation of the bending stress distribution in the root of double circular arc gear - , Which is a big difference with the involute gear. In this paper, the mechanism of this phenomenon is discussed. The theoretical basis for determining the dangerous point of fatigue along with the stress state along the tooth profile is proposed, and the method of determining the dangerous point along the tooth direction is proposed.
