知就是认识,行就是实践。德育的知行统一,指教育者通过德育理论与实践相结合的教育,使受教育者达到在内心世界对德育有一定程度的自觉认知和接受,并在实践中能达到不断身体力行之目的。实现知行统一是德育工作的内在要求,努力使学生做到道德知行统一,是德育的根本目标。在德育实践活动中,作为德育工作者经常遇到学生的德育实践与德育要求存在一定的差距,学生知道什么行为是不能为却偏偏为之,我们称这种情况为学生的“知行不一”。
