同志们:省政府决定召开这次全省乡镇煤矿安全治理整顿工作会议,主要是总结十几年来我省煤矿安全生产方面的经验教训,特别是分析研究解决近几年来出现的新情况、新问题;部署乡镇煤矿规范性治理整顿工作,进一步落实“扶持、改造、整顿、联合、提高”十字方针,使乡镇煤矿走向依法办矿、安全生产、管理科学的健康发展的轨道,为实现省委、省政府提出的我省“九五”发展目标做出新的贡献。下面,我就这次乡镇煤矿安全治理整顿和今后乡镇煤矿安全工作讲三个问题。
