市政基础设施工程存在时间紧,路线长,规模大,交叉作业过程中,施工前的地质勘查难度大等特点,使成本管理在工程建设中有很大的困难。城市建设的管理者要加强建设工程合同管理的措施,严格审核工程变更和现场签证,优化计算工程量计算精度并且出台对施工费用的管理措施办法,从而提高市政工程项目的建设质量。
Municipal infrastructure projects have the characteristics of tight schedule, long route, large scale, difficulty in cross-working and geological exploration prior to construction, which makes cost management very difficult in project construction. Urban construction managers should strengthen the construction contract management measures, strict examination of project changes and on-site visas to optimize the calculation of engineering quantity calculation accuracy and the introduction of the management of construction costs measures to improve the quality of municipal construction projects.
