如何改进步进电机高速驱动电路的低速驱动性能,是各种类型的高速驱动电路在实际应用中所面临的一个重要课题。长期以来,人们一直沿用在主驱动电路之外另加改善低速驱动性能的附加电路来解决。但各种类型的附加电路大都是由一些比较、控制环节所组成,其结构复杂,对元器件及工艺要求高,价格也较昂贵。这就在很大程度上影响了高速驱动电路的应用和推广。在一项步进电机驱动电路的设计中,笔者针对高低压驱动电路的结构特征,采用微型机对高低压驱动电路运行过程进行直接监控。经过微型机处理,从根本上改变了高低压驱动电路原有的驱动方式。从而无需使用任何附加电路,就能获得较好的低速驱动效果。
How to improve the low-speed driving performance of the stepping motor high-speed driving circuit is an important issue that various types of high-speed driving circuits face in practical application. For a long time, people have been using the main drive circuit in addition to improve low-speed drive performance of the additional circuit to solve. However, most of the various types of additional circuits are composed of some comparative and control components, which have complicated structures, high requirements on components and processes, and relatively expensive prices. This largely affects the application and promotion of high-speed drive circuits. In a stepping motor drive circuit design, the author of the structural characteristics of high and low voltage drive circuit, the use of micro-computer high and low voltage drive circuit to monitor the operation of the process. After the microcomputer processing, fundamentally changed the original low-voltage drive circuit drive. This results in better low-speed drive without using any additional circuitry.
