当归对阴虚哮喘小鼠模型的影响

目的:探讨当归对阴虚哮喘BALB/c小鼠的治疗作用。方法:84只BALB/c小鼠随机分为7组,正常组,模型组,地塞米松组(地塞米松,0.5 mg·kg~(-1)),当归高、中、低剂量组(8,4,2 g·kg~(-1))及联合组(当归4 g·kg~(-1)与地塞米松0.5 mg·kg~(-1)联合用药),除正常组外,其余各组通过注射卵清白蛋白(OVA)致敏、雾化吸入OVA激发的方法复制哮喘BALB/c小鼠模型,实验后期ig甲状腺素来复制阴虚哮喘小鼠模型;在当归的干预下观测当归对小鼠体重、肺液清除功能、自主活动、哮喘行为学、肺功能、血清环磷酸腺苷(c AMP)与环磷酸鸟苷(c GMP)及肺脏病理学的影响。结果:与正常组比较,模型组动物肺脏含水量与体重显著下降,小鼠自主活动、进食量与饮水量明显升高,c AMP水平明显升高,c GMP水平明显降低,c AMP/c GMP水平明显升高,小鼠潮气量明显降低,呼吸频率与哮喘行为学综合评分明显升高,肺组织病理学变化较为明显(P<0.05,P<0.01);与模型组比较,当归高、中、低剂量组及联合组在维持阴虚哮喘模型肺组织含水量与体重的同时可减少小鼠自主活动、进食量与饮水量,降低c AMP水平、提高c GMP含量而缓解c AMP/c GMP失衡状态(P<0.05,P<0.01),改善阴虚哮喘模型的阴虚症状;当归可增加阴虚哮喘小鼠潮气量,降低呼吸频率与哮喘行为学综合评分,缓解肺组织病理学变化(P<0.05,P<0.01),改善阴虚哮喘模型的哮喘症状。结论:当归对阴虚哮喘的阴虚证与哮喘有一定的治疗作用。 Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effect of Angelica sinensis on BALB / c mice with asthenospermia. Methods: Eighty-four BALB / c mice were randomly divided into 7 groups: normal group, model group, dexamethasone group (0.5 mg · kg -1) and dexamethasone group 8, 4, 2 g · kg ~ (-1)) and combination group (4 g · kg ~ (-1) of dexamethasone and 0.5 mg · kg ~ (-1) dexamethasone) The other groups were sensitized by injection of ovalbumin (OVA), BALB / c mice model of asthma was replicated by inhalation of OVA challenge, and mice of yin deficiency asthma were treated by ig thyroxine at the end of experiment. Angelica sinensis On body weight, pulmonary fluid clearance, autonomic activity, asthmatic behavior, lung function, serum cAMP and cGMP and lung pathology. Results: Compared with the normal group, the lung water content and body weight of the model group decreased significantly. The mice fed on autonomic activity increased their food intake and water intake significantly. The levels of c AMP and cAMP were significantly decreased (P <0.05, P <0.01). Compared with the model group, the levels of Angelica sinensis increased significantly (P <0.05) , Low-dose group and combination group can maintain the water content and body weight of lung tissue in asthma model of asthenospermia, reduce autonomic activity, food intake and water intake, decrease cAMP level, increase c GMP content and relieve cAMP / c GMP (P <0.05, P <0.01), improve Yin deficiency symptoms of Yin deficiency asthma model; Angelica can increase the tidal volume of asthmatic mice, reduce respiratory rate and asthma behavioral comprehensive score, relieve lung histopathological changes (P < P <0.05, P <0.01), improve asthma symptoms of asthma model of yin deficiency. Conclusion: Angelica sinensis on Yin deficiency syndrome and asthma have a certain therapeutic effect.

分级诊疗的顶层设计非常好,它可以让卫生资源下沉,让患者得了病在家门口就能治好,方便群众,减轻了就医负担,也缓解了城市大医院的压力。但我认为要使分级诊疗真正落地,还需要
