5月21日,美国纺织品协议执行委员会(CITA)在联邦纪事(Federal Register)上公布了针对中国加入世贸组织工作组报告书中关于纺织品进口特别限制措施(242段)的实施程序,当日生效。根据该程序,对美国国内符合条件的纺织品服装生产商或其代表可以提请对从中国进口的纺织品服装进口实施限制措施。有关该实施程序的全文已经刊登在美国纺织品服装进口
On May 21, CITA announced the implementation procedures for the special restrictions on textile imports (Paragraph 242) in its report to China’s accession to the World Trade Organization on the Federal Register, effective on the same day. Under the procedure, qualified textile and apparel producers in the United States or their representatives may request that restrictions be placed on the import of textiles and garments imported from China.
