面对市场经济体制下的新形势,党政机关及企事业单位的办公室工作(秘书工作),都出现了很多与过去不同的新情况、新问题.在这种形势下,继续按过去的老框框、老办法做办公室工作显然是不行了.因此,秘书工作必须深化,要确立适应新形势的新思想、新机制和新的工作方式方法,这样才能做好新时期的“三服务”工作.下面笔者从为领导科学决策服务、建立办公室新的机制和秘书人员知识结构的优化与业务能力的提高几个方面谈几点看法.
