猴头是一种名贵的食用菌,子实体上密布针状肉刺,形似猴头。猴头不仅是美味佳品,而且还是一种珍贵的药用真菌,对消化道溃疡,胃窦炎,消化道肿瘤有一定的疗效,故有“健康食品”之称。一、栽培季节猴头原野生于柞树、胡桃树的枯死部位,产量很低。在东北三省,8—9月是野生猴头生长的黄金季节。
