如何提高管理水平,做一名合格、优秀的管理者,是每一个高级和中层管理者面对的永恒课题。在我看来,一个中层管理者素质的提升,应从以下几方面着手。换装升级很多初任管理者都是从一线市场成长起来的,经历了从“士兵”到“将军”的转变,从“被管理者”到“管理者”的转变,身份转变之后,装备自然要升级。这个升级涉及自身基本素质的提升、宏观思维的提升、个人胸怀的扩大、承受能力的历练等诸多方面。
How to improve the management level and become a qualified and excellent manager is the eternal issue that every senior and middle manager faces. In my opinion, the improvement of the quality of a middle-level manager should start from the following aspects.
