制定合适的价格是一个企业成功的必备条件。近几年来,中国的社区O2O大幅兴起,不同的价格策略对其发展至关重要。本文将理论与案例相结合,首先以发展较好的爱鲜蜂为例,通过SWOT分析法对企业环境进行分析,并就爱鲜蜂价格策略及应对价格战的方式展开探讨,并提出一些改进的建议,对其他社区O2O平台有参考价值。
Setting the right price is a must for business success. In recent years, the community O2O in China has risen dramatically, and different price strategies are crucial to its development. This article combines the theory with the case. First of all, taking the better-developed love fresh bee as an example, this paper analyzes the business environment through the SWOT analysis method, discusses the price strategy of love fresh bee and the way to deal with the price war, and puts forward some improvements The recommendations of other community O2O platform has reference value.
