在2012刑事诉讼法确立非法证据排除规则以后,许多学者开始转向研究非法证据排除规则的实证方面的研究。本文主要简单分析非法证据排除规则在我国确立之后的效果以及实践中的相关问题。
After the criminal procedural law of 2012 established rules for the exclusion of illegitimate evidence, many scholars turned to the research on the empirical aspects of the exclusionary rule of illegality. This article briefly analyzes the effect of the rule of exclusion of illegal evidence after the establishment of our country and the related problems in practice.
