塔河油田地质情况极为复杂,在塔河南区块经常性钻遇厚度不等的盐膏层。由于盐膏层在高温高压条件下呈塑性蠕变状态,极易造成井下事故,造成不可估量的损失。为了克服盐膏层塑性蠕变,需要提高钻井液密度。而上覆三叠系地层抗破能力差,极易发生漏失;为提高上覆地层的抗破能力,最为有效的办法就是承压堵漏。本文从方案优选,试验配伍,实际操作等方面全面阐述了塔河油田盐膏层承压堵漏的技术关键。经10余口井的应用,都取得了成功。
The geology of Tahe Oilfield is extremely complex. Salt and tar deposits of varying thickness are often drilled in the area along the Tahean Block. As the salt layer under the condition of high temperature and high pressure plastic creep, can easily cause underground accidents, resulting in incalculable losses. In order to overcome the plastic creep of the salt paste layer, it is necessary to increase the drilling fluid density. However, the overlying Triassic strata are poor in anti-breakage capability and prone to loss. In order to improve the anti-breaking ability of the overburden strata, the most effective way is to confine pressure plugging. This paper comprehensively expounds the technical key points of pressure sealing and plugging in the salt and ointment of Tahe Oilfield from the aspects of program optimization, test compatibility and practical operation. The application of more than 10 wells, have achieved success.
