把学问知识等同于实践能力,是实践课程难以在职业教育中确立其核心地位的重要原因。但是,学问知识并不能等同于实践能力,它的作用仅在于理解实践,促进职业能力的广泛迁移;技术规则、经验、判断力等实践知识才是形成职业能力的知识内核。在此基础上,本文揭示了实践知识的结构与性质,并对职业教育实践课程的五个核心问题做了初步探讨。
Equating knowledge with practical ability is an important reason why it is difficult for practical courses to establish their core status in vocational education. However, the knowledge of knowledge can not be equated with practical ability. Its function is only to understand practice and promote the extensive migration of professional ability. Practical knowledge such as technical rules, experience and judgment is the core of knowledge that forms the professional ability. On this basis, this paper reveals the structure and nature of practical knowledge, and makes a preliminary discussion on the five core issues of vocational education practice curriculum.
