广播电影电视部首届电视节目技术质量奖评奖于1994年10月31日至11月4日在福州召开。来自全国电视技术方面的专家35人组成评委会对全国各电视台选送的电视节目制作磁带和电视播出质量记录磁带及有关参评材料进行认真的评定。首届电视节目技术质量奖评定工作由广电部科技司委托部科技委电视专业委员会组织有关的专家、教授、电视界知名人士和电视专业委员会部分委员组成的专家评委会进行评定。评定工作是依据《广播电影电视部电视节目技术质量奖励办法》文件有
Radio, Film and Television Department of the first television program Technical Quality Award in October 31, 1994 to November 4 held in Fuzhou. A total of 35 experts from the national TV technical field composed the jury to carefully evaluate the tapes and television broadcast quality recording tapes and the related participating materials selected by the television stations nationwide. The first TV program technical quality award assessment by the Department of Science and Technology commissioned by the Ministry of Science and Technology Television Committee organized the relevant experts, professors, television industry celebrities and television professional committee composed of some members of the Committee of experts to assess.
