This lecture will cover five issues and will be published in three installments. I. Emerging Competitive Intelligence Studies With the end of the “Cold War” and the advancement of the informatization wave, developed countries in the United States, Japan, and Europe are taking the lead in shifting international competition from the political and military fields to the information economy and making information and intelligence competitive. Become the focus of modern international competition. Since the 1990s, the rapid development of electronics and Microsoft technology has made this competition even more fierce. It can be expected that in this battle for information, one can look far ahead and use the most advanced methods to gain all the feelings related to overall competitiveness.
