概述交通拥堵治理的必要性,以株洲市为例分析交通拥堵治理现状问题及成因,提出交通拥堵治理工程解决思路及对策,以应对城市交通发展,为有关城市管理和交通管理部门决策提供参考。
The necessity of traffic congestion control is summarized. Taking Zhuzhou City as an example, the current problems and causes of traffic congestion control are analyzed. The solutions and solutions of traffic congestion control engineering are proposed to deal with the development of urban traffic and provide reference for the decisions of urban management and traffic management departments.
