本文通过对掺稀油工艺在合作开发作业区的应用现状分析,提炼该作业区现场管理过程中的动态掺油控制、稀油温度控制、掺油成本控制等方法,验证了一是掺油界面的位置对掺油效果具有一定的影响作用,合理的掺油界面应该控制在泵的吸入口附近;二是掺稀油降粘主要是依靠稀油中的轻质成分对稠油产生的稀释降粘作用,日常管理中要走出掺油温度越高效果越好的这个误区;三是因油稠、气大掺油困难的井可以通过实施间掺或一次性强掺来提高稀油利用率和掺油效果;四是为降低生产成本,低产无效常开井应改间开生产,间开无效井应改捞油生产。
