低温镀铁镀层与基体金属的结合强度是衡量镀层质量的主要指标,而阳极刻蚀是保证一定的结合强度的关键。我厂从1977年开展直流低温镀铁试验工作,开始,采用定电流密度、定时间的方法,对需镀工件进行阳极刻蚀。由于受材质及工件表面状况,刻蚀液的浓度、温度等诸因素的影响,虽然严格控制电流密度和刻蚀时间,但刻蚀效果时好时坏,不易掌握。现在,我们采用两步刻蚀法,刻蚀质量比较稳定。
