2009年3月17日,苏州市劳动保障局在苏州市高新区纽威阀门公司隆重举行“企业培训师讲师团”成立暨“培训送企业”活动启动仪式。此项活动是苏州市劳动保障局启动的特别职业培训计划中的一项重要内容,通过组织培训师深入市区有需求的企业开展公益性讲座,进数百家企业对数千名一线班组长及技术骨干进行免费职业培训等六项活动,引导、鼓励企业对职工开展岗位技能培训。
