为验证内燃动车上采用蓄能器的实际效果,在一列试验型列车样车上安装了2台飞轮蓄能器。本文简要介绍如何进行动车蓄能器的选型、尺寸确定以及其与牵引系统的集成。针对提高加速性、节约燃油和争取零排放3种不同的目的,提出了3种可能的运行方式。已进行的试验研究使得能够对在实际运行条件下它们各自的特定效果进行分析,并对一种具体的模型进行验证。这种模型有利于对不同线路、车辆及部件的试验结果进行可靠的外推法分析。最后,本文就何种情况下使用蓄能器是有益而又经济的这一问题作出推论。
To verify the practical effect of accumulators on internal combustion vehicles, two flywheel accumulators were installed on a prototype train of test vehicles. This article gives a brief introduction on how to select and size EMU accumulators and their integration with the traction system. For the three different purposes of improving acceleration, saving fuel and achieving zero emission, three possible operation modes are proposed. The experimental studies that have been carried out make it possible to analyze their specific effects under actual operating conditions and to validate a specific model. This model facilitates the reliable extrapolation of test results for different lines, vehicles and components. Finally, this article makes a corollary of the question of the beneficial and economical use of accumulators under what circumstances.
