中国共产党第十八次全国代表大会第一次提出了我国的社会主义核心价值观,包括国家、社会和公民三个层次。其中公正是社会主义核心价值观社会层面,即社会主义社会核心价值观的主要内容之一,因此基于对公正价值的认识,从社会主义核心价值观形成的重要意义出发,通过分析包括社会主义核心价值观的意义、公正的内涵、公正对社会主义理论及社会发展的价值,可以更加清晰的认识到公正之于社会主义社会核心价值观的重要意义。
