市场经济的不断发展带动电力企业经济的发展,电力企业在自身的发展过程中在进行着不断的改革,而电力企业从自身的角度来讲也面临着诸多的发展问题,其中最重要的一项就是电力企业内部政工队伍的建设问题,在电力企业中,政工队伍是为企业提供思想政治建设的人员,对于企业宏观性的发展方向有着重要的指导作用。本文主要根据目前我国电力企业形式对电力企业中政工队伍的建设存在的问题做简要分析,并提出针对性的解决对策,以供参考。
The continuous development of market economy drives the economic development of electric power enterprises. The electric power enterprises are undergoing continuous reforms in their own development process. However, electric power enterprises also face many development problems from their own perspective. The most important one It is the construction of the political work force within the electric power enterprise. Among the electric power enterprises, the political work force is the personnel who provide the ideological and political construction for the enterprise, which plays an important guiding role for the macroscopic development direction of the enterprise. This paper mainly analyzes the existing problems in the construction of political workforce in electric power enterprises according to the current form of power enterprises in our country and puts forward some countermeasures to solve them for reference.
