2015以来,淄博市淄川区为加快实施创新驱动发展战略,制定实施零成本创业系列政策,有效帮助创业者解决了诸多场地、住所、资金及落地发展等难题,营造出大众创业、万众创新的良好氛围,有力地促进创业带动就业。全区实现城镇新增就业22851人,新增创业11829户,创业带动就业2.1万人,培训各类失业人员13097人,发放小额担保贷款9806万元。
