含锡物料氯化挥发的湿式收尘溶液含有2N盐酸,锡、锌、砷、铁及少量铟、铋、镉。从该溶液中回收有价金属常采用中和沉淀方法。该法除消耗大量的中和剂外,其分离也不够彻底,同时获得的中间产品处理方法繁杂,回收率亦不高。为克服上述缺点,推荐采用N-503的煤油有机溶剂萃取法分离锡铟。小型试验和扩大试验结果表明,锡分离彻底,锡的回收率大于96%,铟,锌、镉、铁、铋、砷等几乎不被萃取。负载有机相容易反
Containing tin material chlorinated volatile wet collection solution contains 2N hydrochloric acid, tin, zinc, arsenic, iron and a small amount of indium, bismuth, cadmium. Recovery of valuable metals from this solution is often used by the precipitation method. The law in addition to consume a large amount of neutralizer, the separation is not thorough enough, while obtaining intermediate processing methods complex, the recovery rate is not high. In order to overcome the above shortcomings, it is recommended to separate tin indium by N-503 kerosene organic solvent extraction. The results of small scale tests and extended tests show that tin is completely separated and the recovery rate of tin is more than 96%.
