资源是有色金属行业的命脉,越来越多的企业通过跨国并购,参与国际资源竞争,希望创造一个国际化企业。在这一过程中,绝大多数企业劳无所获,即便有些企业跨国收购成功,却无法实现持续经营,也是铩羽而归。本文以企业竞争战略理论为基础,采用实证分析和案例分析法,通过对中金岭南公司国际化战略实施进行历史的分析,试图阐明中国企业在海外扩张前应当夯实管理基础,提高企业素质。
Resources are the lifeblood of the nonferrous metal industry. More and more enterprises are participating in international resource competition through cross-border mergers and acquisitions, hoping to create an international enterprise. In this process, the vast majority of enterprises do not get what they want, and even if some enterprises succeed in cross-border acquisitions, they will not be able to achieve sustainable operations and they will regain the plunge. Based on the theory of enterprise competitive strategy, this paper analyzes the implementation of international strategy of Zhong Ling Ling Nan Company by means of empirical analysis and case analysis, trying to clarify that Chinese enterprises should lay a solid foundation for management and improve the quality of enterprises before overseas expansion.
