今年以来,全国市场稳中偏淡。尽管采取了一些启动措施,仍没有明显的转机,看来部分商品销售疲软状况,还会持续一段时间。从各方面情况看,全年市场的走势是稳中有升,下半年市场有可能逐步爬出低谷,沿海地区要早一点,内地可能滞后一点,但都不会出现快速增长的大旺势头。 针对这种情况,要扭转疲软局面,推动市场形势向良性循环方向转变,我认为应着重处理好以下四个关系:
