我自1983年以来,连续三届当选为北京市人大代表和连续两届当选为昌平县人大代表。在担任人大代表的十年中,我通过努力学习宪法和代表法等有关法律,不断提高自己参政议政的能力,做了一些人民代表应该做的事,在履行代表职责方面逐步摸索了一些经验,下面是我做代表工作的情况和体会。一、认真学习,明确代表职责,提高参政议政能力。1983年我刚刚被选为市人大代表时,只是觉得很光荣,责任重大,但对于怎样当代表,怎样当好代表还真有点不摸门,于是我找来了宪法和地方组织法,认真进行了学习。通过学习,使我认识到,人民代表大会制度是我国的根本政治制度,人民通过人民代表大会来行使管理国家事务的权利,而各级人民代表大会是由各级人民代表组成的,那么作为一名人大代表,首先就要认真参加人民代表大会,通过行使选举、表决、审议、质询等各项职权,代表人民参与管理国家事务,所以我把参加代表大
Since 1983, I have been elected as the Beijing Municipal People’s Congress Representative for three consecutive terms and elected as the Changping County People’s Congress Representative for two consecutive terms since 1983. In my ten-year tenure as deputies to the National People’s Congress, I have tried hard to study the relevant laws such as the Constitution and the Representative Law and constantly improve my ability to participate in the deliberations and administration of state affairs. I have done some things that people’s deputies should do and have gradually gained some experience in fulfilling the duties of deputies. Here is what I do to represent the work of the situation and experience. First, study conscientiously, clearly represent responsibilities, and improve the ability of participating in politics and state affairs. When I was just elected as deputies to the Municipal People’s Congress in 1983, I just felt very glorious and responsible. However, I really got a sense of how to be a deputies and how to become a de facto deputies. So I brought in the constitution and the local organizations law and took it seriously Learning.
