Tangshan Gear Factory is a state-renowned large-scale backbone enterprise with an area of 300,000 square meters, over a hundred million yuan in fixed assets, over 1,000 units of various equipment, and 2,400 high-quality employees. During the “July 5th” period, the company invested 40 million yuan to carry out technological transformation, and the production capacity of light-duty vehicle transmissions exceeded 100,000 units. The TJ1010 micro-transmission greatly broke through the design program, and various economic and technical indicators reached the leading level in the same industry in the country. During the “Eighth Five-Year Plan” period, 150 million yuan was invested again to carry out large-scale technological transformation. “Shali”, “Lark” cars and five-speed light car transmissions form batches, representing a new image of “Flying Bird” with a production capacity of 300,000 units.
