为了改善金属相对陶瓷相的润湿,充分发挥金属相的作用,在合成Ag质量分数为10%的Ag/NiFe2O4金属陶瓷过程中加入质量分数为10%的SnO2(与NiFe2O4形成复合陶瓷基体)和0~5%CuO(作为添加剂).采用粉末冶金法制备复合氧化物基的金属陶瓷惰性阳极,原料经混料、成型后在1 200℃下烧结6 h,制备成铝电解用惰性阳极.研究了CuO对金属陶瓷微观结构以及性能的影响.结果表明:在加入SnO2的基础上,掺杂添加剂CuO可以改善Ag与陶瓷相的润湿性,Ag分布均匀且部分由球状变为长条状,同时试样的电导率有了大幅度提高.适量的CuO还可以促进烧结,提高试样的致密度.当CuO质量分数为4%时试样的性能最好.
In order to improve the wettability of the metal relative to the ceramic phase and give full play to the role of the metal phase, 10% by mass of SnO2 (a composite ceramic matrix with NiFe2O4) was added to the Ag / NiFe2O4 cermet with Ag mass fraction of 10% 0 ~ 5% CuO (as additive) .Metalline inert anode with composite oxide was prepared by powder metallurgy method, and the raw materials were mixed and sintered at 1200 ℃ for 6 h after molding, to prepare inert anodes for aluminum electrolysis. The effect of CuO on the microstructure and properties of cermets was investigated.The results show that the addition of CuO can improve the wettability of Ag and ceramic phases with the addition of SnO 2, At the same time, the electrical conductivity of the sample has been greatly improved.A suitable amount of CuO can also promote the sintering and improve the density of the sample.When the mass fraction of CuO is 4%, the performance of the sample is the best.
