针对当前体育教师知识体系尚存问题,从“四个转化和适应”的视角阐述了合理知识体系的构建,为在职体育教师的知识更新指明了方向,并提出相应对策。
In view of the existing problems of the physical education teacher’s knowledge system, this paper elaborates the construction of a reasonable knowledge system from the perspective of “four transformations and adaptations”, points out the direction for the knowledge renewal of active physical education teachers and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
