目的:探讨消癖合剂对大鼠乳腺增生的治疗作用。方法:以苯甲酸雌二醇0.5 mg·kg-1 sc 15次造模,大鼠共67只随机分为6组,即正常对照组,模型组,消癖合剂高、中、低(8,4,2 mL.kg-1)剂量组和乳癖消(0.6 g·kg-1)组,连续ig 4周,观察对大鼠乳腺组织的影响及血清雌二醇(E2)和孕激素(P)水平的影响。结果:消癖合剂对造模大鼠乳腺组织的增生状态有一定程度的改善,差异有显著性;对血清E2水平无影响,低剂量可升高血清P水平。结论:消癖合剂对乳腺增生有治疗作用。
Objective: To explore the therapeutic effect of Xiaohuo Mixture on mammary gland hyperplasia in rats. Methods: A total of 67 rats were randomly divided into 6 groups with estradiol benzoate 0.5 mg · kg-1 sc for 15 times. The rats in the normal control group, model group and Xiaogu mixture had high, medium and low levels (8, 4,2 mL.kg-1) and Rupixiao (0.6 g · kg-1) for 4 weeks. The effects of estradiol (E2) and progesterone P) level of influence. Results: Xiaohu mixture had a certain degree of improvement on the proliferation of mammary gland tissue in rats with the difference being significant; it had no effect on the level of serum E2 and low dose could increase serum P level. Conclusion: Xiaohuo Mixture has a therapeutic effect on mammary gland hyperplasia.
