恶性肺结节早期诊断智能识别,对肺癌的诊断、提高5年生存率至关重要。在肺结节智能识别中,计算机辅助诊断发挥着极其重要的作用。恶性肺结节的智能识别关键点在于:(1)基于形态学特征识别恶性肺结节;(2)精确地测量肺结节的大小;(3)精确地确定生长率。本文就近年来恶性肺结节早期诊断智能识别相关技术和方法作一综述,包括肺实质分割、体数据的配准、肺结节的良/恶性识别等。
Malignant pulmonary nodules early diagnosis of intelligent identification of lung cancer diagnosis, increase 5-year survival rate is essential. In the identification of pulmonary nodules, computer-aided diagnosis plays an extremely important role. The key points of intelligent identification of malignant pulmonary nodules are: (1) to identify malignant pulmonary nodules based on morphological features; (2) to accurately measure the size of pulmonary nodules; and (3) to accurately determine the growth rate. In this paper, we reviewed the technologies and methods of early diagnosis of malignant pulmonary nodules in recent years, including the segmentation of lung parenchyma, the registration of volume data and the identification of benign / malignant pulmonary nodules.
