笔者所在的县城,是个汉、回、满等多民族聚居区,为了适应民族需要,建有回民小学、回民中学、满族小学、满族中学、民族中专、民族职业学院。各个民族学校特色鲜明,各民族学生和谐相处,呈现出民族教育有教无类又特色浓郁的生动图景。而笔者在外出参观学习其他地方民族学校时,却发现不少学校民族特色不突出,有其名元其实。一是从生源上看,民族学生比例偏少。严格讲,只招收或者主要招收少数民族学生的学校才叫民族学校。而事
